Formation Tier
Service fee covers document preparation and filing coordination for your chosen US state or UK LTD registration. Statutory filing fees are charged separately by the registry.
Registered Agent Support
Where your package includes registered agent service, the annual service charge is listed on the order summary. The state's own annual fee is not included in that charge.
Annual Compliance Filing
Filing assistance is an optional service charge. Government annual report or confirmation statement fees are set by the relevant state or Companies House and are paid directly to them.
